If you really want to lose weight you have to be consistent. Only breakfast plans can't do much impact on your weight loss process. Make full day meal plans and follow it restrictly.

Now let's come to your question, I am giving you some breakfast tips that will not only help you to lose weight in less time but also you will feel energetic throughout the day.
- Replace simple carbohydrates with complex carbohydrates.
- Increase your protein intake. (If your weight is x kg, your body needs at least x gm of protein everyday)
- Drink at least 1 litre of water just after you wake up. (3–4 litres of water throughout the day)
- Do some exercise in the morning. ( jump, plank push-ups for at least 15 minutes)
Not only this, I am going to share some good well balanced breakfast ideas-
- Milk + Oats + bananas + almonds with or without two boiled whole eggs.
- 2 bananas + 1 glass milk + almonds + 2 whole boiled eggs.
- Low fat paneer bhurji + 2 Chapattis + almonds
- Besan Chila + 1 glass milk + almonds + 2 whole eggs.
